Sheep Casings This includes tips on how to store your natural hog casings, how to twist into links, and how to improve the bite!
Do not freeze the casings as they may become dry, tough, and
more prone to breaking and bursting when you sausage is stuffed
or cooked.
*When
stuffing our Natural Sheep Casings, your Stuffing Horn should be no larger than
1/2 of an inch in its outside diameter.
If your stuffing horn tip is wider than this, the Natural Sheep Casings will not fit.*
