Stan Acup, our Slaughterman on the Farm, uses the Forschner-Victorinox 6 Inch Skinning Knife
to skin beefs and hogs. [These can be used to skin deer, but we recommend the Forschner-Victorinox 5 Inch Boning Knife to skin deer.] Forschner name was first carved in steel in 1855 and has become very popular in restaurants and commercial use. The high carbon no stain stainless steel blades hardened to a Rockwell Hardness of 54-58 and are hand finish by Victorinox in Switzerland by skilled craftsman using a special tempering process to produce an edge that can be resharpened over and over again. The blades will not discolor or corrode. Fibrox handles have a ergonomic design and a gritty finish which allows increased safety when the handles are wet or greasy.

I ordered the books on Monday, Dec. 29th. I had to pay $10 and change for 3 day shipping and did not receive the books until the following Monday, Jan 5th. I ordered the knives from you on Wednesday, Dec. 31 (New Year's Eve) with no shipping charges and received them also on Monday, Jan 5th. What I'm getting at, is that I received your product quicker than the products I paid to have shipped.
