We don't use a marinade on our deer jerky we use a dry rub.
But it you want a quality marinade that's easy to find, and in my opinion not too hot or spicy, I suggest
Lea and Perrin Worcestershire sauce. And I specifically recommend that brand, and that brand only! It is the BEST Worcestershire sauce on the market.
Remember, marinade no longer than 24 hours and in a non-metallic container.
